You NEED A Team To Grow Your Health Business! (Here's Exactly How & Why...)

This is one of those episodes where I’m fired up and not sugarcoating a thing. I had a call recently with a practitioner starting from scratch, moving to a new state, trying to go all in on a direct primary care model. No team, no offer, no real understanding of marketing. Just out here trying to build a business and asking me for funnel advice. I had to stop her. That’s not what she needs. That’s not what you need either.

If you are the CEO of your health business, it is not your job to be the head of marketing, and it is not your job to learn ClickFunnels or figure out email automation. Your job is to hold the vision, and to grow this thing, you need a real team. A strategist to set the roadmap, a Google Ads expert, an automator, someone doing HR, building culture, hiring the right people. That's how you scale.

So hear me when I say this. If you are still trying to do it all yourself, you're taking the stairs. Get out of your own way. Stop choosing hard and slow, choose built and done. Choose the team, choose growth.

I want you to get specific. I want you to prove yourself. We are looking at your authority, your credibility, your content, and yes, even your typos. If you want our business, you need clear and relevant messaging that speaks directly to our real life.
