At the end of his message, Jesus talks about foundations. I want to start there and set the tone for our study of these sayings of Jesus.
The basis for all that God does in restoring and maintaining his relationship with man is covenant. In Deuteronomy 28:1-14, ds the practical blessings of life that belonged to Israel under their covenant. We have a better covenant, but it contains all that old covenant did, only better.
