In today's show I interview a wonderful young man, Eric Ramirez. I've mentored Eric since he was in 7th grade and am very proud of who he is.

Eric shares his perspective on his life as a middle school and high school student - we talk about how his parents disciplined him, guided him, and set standards and expectations for him.

We talk about what he thinks his parents did well, what he wishes they had done different, and what he wishes he had done different to grow closer and more connected with them.
