Are you waking up exhausted and overwhelmed before the day even begins? Is your mind as disorganized as your house? Is the stress of the clutter, debt, and what to make for dinner…again, wreaking havoc on your health, parenting and marriage? Do you wish you had one authentic Catholic friend who understood your struggles? I am so excited you’re here! This podcast will teach you how to create a clutter-free, organized home that practically runs itself, with dinner on the table every night, enough money to stop living paycheck to paycheck and God at the center of it all! Hi, I’m Gina. A Catholic wife, mom and declutter coach. For twenty years, I made sure my home was organized and running efficiently; we ate healthy, homemade dinners, the laundry was done, and the bills were paid on time, yet, I still felt like something was missing. I thought if my home looked like it belonged in a magazine, my family dined on gourmet meals and I stayed out of debt, life would be peaceful and perfect. I finally realized that I was searching for fulfillment and validation from the outside world. Yes, I needed my home to run efficiently, but I felt a nagging in my heart that I was made for more. If I was going to have a full life with the peace that transcends human understanding, I needed to make God the center. I needed to put Him in charge instead of feeling like it was all up to me. I created a plan that fits ME. Simple routines to incorporate faith into my daily tasks. A lifestyle that’s allowing me to prosper into the woman God is calling me to be. And I’m ready to share it with you! If you are tired of waiting for motivation to strike and you are ready to do the work to declutter your home, plan meals your family will actually eat, break free from living paycheck to paycheck, learn to implement routines for a peaceful home that practically runs itself, AND make a new Catholic BFF who wants to share in your joys and struggles, - this podcast is for you! Grab your garden shears because you’re about to prune away the clutter of life so you can prosper into the woman God has called YOU to be! 308. 6 Easy Steps To Organize An Unfinished Basement
Opening Bible verse: 1 Corinthians 3:10-11 Your basement is some valuable real estate in your home. Is it a dumping ground or is it usable, active space adding value to your home and life? On today's podcast episode I walk you through 6 easy steps to organize your unfinished basement.  1. Mark off and clear pathways to mechanical areas and egress window(s). You can use painters tape to clearly define the walkways.  2. Ask yourself: What do I want to keep down in the basement? Make a list of broad categories.  3. Assign areas to each category. 4. Do a quick sort of items. Is there obvious trash or donate items? If you are keeping an item, quickly place it in the area in which it will live. 5. Once everything has been placed in its' permanent area, keep only the items you use at least once per year. 6. How will you store the items in this area? Begin organizing on shelves, in bins, etc. You can keep anything you want, it just has to fit comfortably on the shelf or home that you've assigned it. ***If you live in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania and would like help decluttering your home, I offer in-person decluttering. Why can't you get it together? Why can't you just get the clutter out? Why is this so hard? If you want to know what needs work in your heart, pray the Seven Sorrows Rosary everyday for one month and begin to hear the voice of God. Our Blessed Mother gives 7 promises to those that pray this rosary on a regular basis.  1. I will grant peace to their families. 2. They will be enlightened about the divine mysteries. 3. I will console them in their pains, and I will accompany them in their work. 4. I will give them as much as they ask for as long as it does not oppose the adorable will of my Divine Son. 5. I will defend them in their spiritual battles with the infernal enemy, and I will protect them at every instant of their lives. 6. I will visibly help them at the moment of their death; they will see the face of their Mother. 7. 299. Summer Declutter Series Week 12 (Freezer, Fridge, Pantry)
Bible verse for the summer declutter series: Ephesians 5:14-17   Join me this summer to declutter your home while praying the rosary. It’s not just any rosary, it’s a motivational rosary to walk you through decluttering the designated area of your home for the week.   Here’s how it works:   Grab your trash bag and a donation bag, pop on this week’s podcast episode and get to work! Each week we will focus on one area of your home. It will probably not be enough time to declutter the entire area, so I encourage you to replay that episode every day that week to keep the progress going. Each Wednesday will be a new podcast episode and a new focus area.   You won’t even need a rosary, just listen and pray along! However, if you are curious about the rosary or would like to learn how to pray it on your own time, here is a great resource for learning. A Guide to Praying the Rosary   Grab a friend and hold each other accountable. You can also join the private Pruning To Prosper Facebook group and find a buddy here: Facebook Group   Not on social media?  I will be hosting free and live zoom gatherings once per month to get to know you and for us to encourage one another along our summer declutter journey. Please sign up here to receive your monthly newsletter. (Check junk mail too.) Monthly Newsletter Sign Up   I do offer 1:1 virtual coaching for $77/hour, however, summer hours are very limited. 298. Summer Declutter Series Week 11 (Paper)
Pruning To Prosper/ Catholic, Declutter, Organize, Motivation, Budget, Meal Plan
