In this week's episode, I talk about periods and how it's different now that I listen to what my body feels. I want us not to be ashamed when it comes to this topic. Start having these conversations so that we can fight to have more rights in the workplace! Reminder there will not be another video until Oct 5th! October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month! Please be prepared to learn about DV. If you feel like this topic may be triggering to you, please do not watch until you are ready. Focus on listening to your body until you are ready and come back in November when I go back to talking about regular degular women stuff :)
