One year ago, we launched QuinnCast with a lot of curiosity, a little chaos, and no idea just how much it would change our lives. Since then, we’ve spiraled together over tags, asked voice actors questions they definitely weren’t expecting, discovered kinks we weren’t prepared for, learned so much about sexual freedom and pleasure, and laughed so hard we had to cut the audio.

This show has grown into something that means more to us than we could have imagined. To celebrate, we’re handing the mic over to some of the voice actors and listeners who helped shape this wild, wonderful year. We asked them to send in questions via voicemail, and in true QuinnCast fashion, we didn’t listen ahead of time to those sent in by our past guests. Risky? Absolutely. Worth it? You’ll see.

In this chaotic and cozy celebration, we dive into which audio tags we each feel most connected to, how we actually go about choosing questions for our guests, and the unexpected common thread we’ve noticed between every single person we’ve interviewed.

We talk about kinks we’ve discovered, including one surprise confession from our favorite subby cohost, and reflect on the moments that brought us even closer as friends and co-creators. It’s a Moanumental Moments kind of week because AJ is back in the QuinnCast studio, and this episode is a long one (careful). It’s hilarious, vulnerable, a little chaotic, and full of moments that go deeper than you’d expect.

AJ shares where he actually was when he found out he had hit one million plays, and no, it wasn’t glamorous. He reflects on the buildup to that milestone, the whirlwind early days of joining Quinn, and what it’s been like creating intimate work in a space that’s still evolving. He talks about what’s changed, what hasn’t, and what continues to surprise him.

We reflect on what happens when an audio splits the room, and AJ shares his perspective on taste, preference, and why it’s not only okay that not every listener loves every audio but actually part of what makes this space so personal.
