On this episode, we bring back on Matt Davidge to explain his story breaking down his mindset that got him into a low spot that included suicidal thoughts. Through therapy, he was able to break down those thoughts and push past a headspace that was tearing him apart. he shares what helped him, as well as other things he's learned along the way
