Today I’m interviewing my client Dr. Raj Thaker, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, former Navy officer, and emerging entrepreneur building not one but two health-focused companies, Infinity Foods and Flyby Fitness.

Raj shares what most people never see behind the titles: leaving the military, losing the structure that once kept him sharp, and going through a deep identity crisis where he went from 169 pounds and 8–9% body fat in the best shape of his life… to 135 pounds, “skinny-fat,” and completely disconnected from the person he knew himself to be.

Today I’m interviewing my client Dave Williams, a high-performing attorney who went from 320 pounds, getting denied for life insurance, and binge eating in secret… to becoming an athlete, fixing his relationship with food, and building a life that isn’t controlled by the scale.
