A man with the right attitude will always find favour with God and men. 2 Samuel 24 :17 - David's response in this portion of scripture is very instructive. If we would learn to take correction like little children, and be humble, ourlives would be much easier and better. A man who takes responsibility for his own actions is a man who sincerely wants to make progress.

Luke 14:28-30. For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it? Otherwise, when he has laid a foundation and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish.’

Proverbs 20:17 shows us that bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man, but afterward his mouth will be full of gravel. This is a clear indication of how a fraudster will end up. Also, Proverbs 14:12: reveals that there is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death. No matter what version of the Bible I use, the message is the same. There is a way that seems right, but it leads to death. Trust God's Process.

Without a healthy spiritual life ourluves will be a mess. We are spirit beings and must function with certain principles (Moral standards). Proverbs 25:28 : He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without wall.

1 John 4:17. New Living Translation. And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world.

Isaiah 41:15 & 2 Timothy 2:26: And that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will. 2 Timothy 2:26 NIV . Many live under the dominion of Satan because they are unaware that at ANYTIME they can recover themselves out of his claws.

Zechariah 8:17. Many struggle to forgive when they are treated unfairly, but it's imperative to always remember the words of the master. When the love of God in you is tested, ensure to pass the test.

Excuses demeans a man. Too many are quick to give excuses for their inadequacies. Always remember that there will be no harvest without sowing, no gain without pain. Do not be wise in your own eyes: fear the lord and depart from evil. Proverbs 3:5 & Proverbs 6:10.

Don't envy the wicked when the seem to be prospering, for their end is sudden destruction. Psalm 73:3, Psalm 37:1 TLB and Proverbs 24:1-2.

Luke 6:26: Woe to you when everyone speaks well of you, for that is how their ancestors treated the false prophets. Refuse to live your life based on the opinion of any man.

If we proclaim that we love God, we ought to vent his character in all situations and circumstances. Let's practice our divinity and become more skillful in the application of the word while it's still day. Eph 5:1 Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are his dear children.

Job 14:7: No matter where you are at in life, or what you have done with you life so far, you can still turn out a success. It's not over untill you say so. Keep moving, don't stop.

Hebrews 6:12 and Hebrews 1:1. Prophets walk alone. Learn to be alone sometimes to reappraise your life and hear from God's spirit. This is the secret to a successful Christian life.
