Today we are diving into the Luxury areas of Houston. Houston's luxury real estate market is booming, driven by a strong economy, lack of state income tax, and world-class amenities. Sales of homes priced at $1 million or more jumped by 40.6% year-over-year as of June 2025. The market includes properties from $1.5 million to over $20 million for sprawling estates. Luxury home sales accounted for 16% of all residential sales dollar volume in the Houston metro area from November 2023 to October 2024, representing nearly $5.7 billion in transactions. We have a large market for luxury and we expect to see that market grow!
