On this episode we explore why martial arts is good for disabled as well as why it teaches courtesy. there were two episode topics in one that ended up being an incredibly moving conversation.
Please enjoy!
I am working on developing myself as a martial arts leader. I will continue until i am no longer here. I have come to find that true leadership in the martial arts is about lifting others in the room at the expense of yourself. In this episode i talk about my findings on this subject and what i am doing to better myself along these lines.
