Hey guys! Welcome to 2026 and a whole new year of episodes. On this episode I start by discussing highs and lows of 2025 and then jump into my expectations and plans for 2026. This includes a list of resolutions I have made which includes controlling my trichotillomania, working on my menopausal body and body image, and reading and studying the Bible in a way that allows me to grow closer to Jesus, while also being realistic about everything the Bible says and does not say. I then jump into my reality tv world and what 2026 holds. I talk about the new season of Traitors, the Bachelorette and Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. We also have some brand new shows to look forward to, some of which are Age of Attraction, Love Overboard, Real Housewives of Rhode Island, Ladies of London and Fear Factor.
