Being Honest With Myself On Feelings I Still Have For An Ex
Why do we do our best to move on and beat ourselves up for not doing so, beat ourselves up for still having feelings for someone who we are no longer with ? 🤔 What happens when we decide to just be honest with ourselves, just be honest in general with ourselves (our heart) and not let pride, ego and other factors get in the way?
And the thing is we can still have feelings for someone, but no longer want to be with them. We can still love someone and not want them in our life be it romantic, friends and or family members.
And even the having these feelings for someone while still envisioning being with them. So many factors come into play.
My intention with this episode is to just encourage others to be more honest with themselves, connect with their heart.
