So many times when we are arguing, talking with someone we are reacting and we say whatever it is we want to as well as feel called to say in the moment. So many of us though do not intentionally reflect on our behaviors and things that were said to the other person. So many of us feel like a black sheep. As though we don’t fit in and or belong. Wondering why were here. Wondering if we’ll meet others who get us, vibe with us. I can tell you that I have felt that way and have met others along my journey as Gaozong Yang in this lifetime who also felt the same way. I have come to find that it’s great that we feel different because we are uniquely different and so similar altogether. We get to express our unique selves in the way we feel called to instead of “molding” ourselves as someone who isn’t us. So why not embrace this? 🤗 How beautiful is it that we don’t fit in. I don’t want to fit in. I want to live authentically as the unfinished (forever evolving), whole & complete being that I am. Over & out, I loooove you! Subscribe if you haven’t :)

Why do we do our best to move on and beat ourselves up for not doing so, beat ourselves up for still having feelings for someone who we are no longer with ? 🤔 What happens when we decide to just be honest with ourselves, just be honest in general with ourselves (our heart) and not let pride, ego and other factors get in the way? And the thing is we can still have feelings for someone, but no longer want to be with them. We can still love someone and not want them in our life be it romantic, friends and or family members. And even the having these feelings for someone while still envisioning being with them. So many factors come into play. My intention with this episode is to just encourage others to be more honest with themselves, connect with their heart. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that 🤗

Sometimes I really want and so appreciate change. Then there are times where I actually don’t really want some things to change….
