What a long strange trip the MCU has been since we first met Marvel's Doctor Strange. A sequel was announced. A script was written. There was a change in directors. Another script was written. Then Covid delays. Then Wanda became a witch and got popular. Then rewrites, reshoots, No Way Home...could this movie EVER have lived up to the hype. Tim and David are trying to make sense of it all.

Blade II is 20 years old!! Crazy how much the Marvel Cinematic Universe has changed in that time. Before we get a new Blade, Tim and David are going back in time and revisiting an iconic movie from Wesley Snipes and director Guillermo Del Toro. How has the movie aged? What's next for Wesley Snipes and the day-walking vampire hunter?

This week, the Reel Hooligans are taking some time to recognize one of the most iconic action heroes in movie history. The man. The myth...Mr. Bruce "Bruno" Willis. The star of DIE HARD and THE LAST BOY SCOUT and MOONLIGHTING has announced his retirement from acting after his family disclosed the actor has been diagnosed with aphasia. Bruce is a legend.

April Fool's Day used to be one of the greatest holidays ever. Thanks for ruining that one, internet. But the Reel Hooligans aren't going to let fake news stop them from having some fun with the 1986 dark comedy classic -- yep, APRIL FOOL'S DAY. No joke. This movie rocks. Prove us wrong.

Children of the 80's unite. The Reel Hooligans are taking on THE ADAM PROJECT, the Netflix, Ryan Reynolds nostalgia flashback to all the killer 80's sci-fi, fantasy adventure flicks this movie wishes it was. Plus, Tim and David are joined by film critic and comedian, Patrick Moore!! 

Riddle us this, Hooligans, what is way too long and yet not nearly long enough? Yep. This is the THE BATMAN movie we've been waiting for. Right? Well, close enough. The Reel Hooligans, Tim and David and Chris(!) are getting dark and gritty on the new reboot from Matt Reeves and Robert Pattinson. From the horror vibes to the noir detective pacing, we're all in. 

Our fearless Hooligan leader, Tim English is a voting member and Treasurer of the Kansas City Film Critics Circle. This week, the Reel Hooligans are gonna examine the winners and losers of the 56th Annual James Loutzenhiser Awards. Just in time for the final rush of awards season. What a world we live in. Has Tim come around on John Cena? Do the Reel Hooligans agree that DC may finally have something Marvel doesn't? This week Tim and David take on John Cena and his new superhero alter ego: PEACEMAKER and his new show streaming on HBOMAX. Giddyup.

Red pill or blue pill. That is the question, Hooligans. This week Tim and David are trying to understand what The Matrix Resurrections is supposed to be. It's a sequel. It's a reboot. But are supposed to take it seriously? Did the filmmakers actually want to make this movie? Does Warner Bros. know the joke seems to be on them? This all Hooligan fodder for this week. Hooligans!!! Mount up. Tim and David are time jumping back to the wild, wild, west for the new Netflix western actioneer, THE HARDER THEY FALL. How awesome are Idris Elba, Regina King and Jonathan Majors. Great cast, killer soundtrack. Strap in, this one is fun.
