Our guest for this episode is Marcus Lim, a Neuro- Linguistic programming master coach. Marcus currently works at an e-commerce company where his main task/ is to help the organisation/ develop and manage its talent.

Aside, from working with developing talent in his day job, Marcus also trains Parkour and coaches people in the art of overcoming physical obstacles. He believes that overcoming physical obstacles requires overcoming the mind and limiting beliefs as well, and his work as a Parkour coach translate to many other aspects of his life.
