This is a short relaxation game for kids designed to help slow busy thoughts, calm big feelings, and help the body feel safe and relaxed.


In this practice, kids imagine a gentle owl spreading its wings as they breathe in, and softly relaxing as they breathe out making a woooooooo sound. The simple imagery makes it easy to remember and use even later in the day when things feel overwhelming.


There’s nothing to get right and nothing to fix. Kids just listen to the sound of Yogi Bryan’s voice, breathe along, and let their body settle naturally.
