One of the best definitions of leadership I've ever encountered came from Professor Robert Kegan at Harvard Graduate School of Education, who said, 'Leadership is the distillation of chaos.' When my guest on today's podcast, Kellee Strople, described how she and her husband create meaningful impact while working with professional groups in often chaotic situations, I knew we had discovered something special. Kellee exemplifies how authentic, values-driven leadership can emerge from any background and make a profound difference in people's lives.
If we truly believe 1 John 4:17, that "as He is, so are we in this world," then we should operate as Jesus did on the earth with Heavenly Intelligence.
Are we drinking from the river or from whence the river once flowed.
In this episode, Dr. Holloran describes righteous leadership as:
1) Constancy in living a life that is aligned with and pleasing to God.
2) Doing the heavy lifting of not allowing one's instinct to take over during daily decision-making
3) Building yourself and others through divine curiosity
4) Allowing God to change and shape one's neuropathways...
5) and so much more
The essence of the Christian life can be summed up in one word: WALK.
Just as Adam was clothed with the glory of God, we are to wear Christ in our souls (mind, will, and emotion). Similarly, God has blessed us with wearable light technology to produce healing and wholeness in our bodies.
Romans 13:14
All the way from Senegal, the Lord is bringing a fresh revelation of the true meaning of Righteous Leadership
What an authorized label is to products, so are the righteous standards to the Children of the Kingdom.
This episode with our guest, John Phelps, is powerful!
There is a divine model for Christian Leaders to operationalize righteous leadership:
- Establish a better rhythm of life
- See yourself more clearly
- Leverage your strengths
- Build more productive relationships
Our guest, Ryan Franklin, has given birth to this blueprint. This book is a gem. I highly recommend Ryan's book, The Christian Leader Blueprint.
Having this blueprint and being made righteous does not mean we are exempt from hard times, but rather, as the righteous, will be equipped to portray righteousness in whatever context we may be in.
If you were to rank he 8 qualities of a righteous leader, using the list below, what will be your order of priority.
•Integrity
•Justice
•Service
•Courage
•Vision
•Empowering
•Humility
•Accountable
We live in three horizons (all at the same time).
Horizon 1: Now
Horizon 2: Next
Horizon 3: Future
A righteous leader makes decisions that affects the now, (with integrity) without eroding the health of his/her community
Our righteousness does not come from knowing which laws to follow or knowing the leadership rule book inside out.
Therefore, righteous leadership does not come from reading the best leadership book(s) or listening to the best gurus, but by knowing God and accepting the grace in and through our lives.
We don't have to be the next best thing on the market. We just have to be following God as He directs our paths.
Our identity is not in our purpose ...... Our identity is not in our roles .... our identity is in Him. We were born to be image bearers of His Righteousness. that's Righteous Leadership (led by our righteous nature).
One of the buzzwords in today's climate is the word "intentionality." In this episode, we will discover the distinction between intentionality from a modern-day worldview versus intentionality from a biblical view. You will gain so much more. Enjoy!
This is an episode for all ages. It portrays Jesus (the Righteous Leader) from a historical perspective. Please share this episode and our mobile app with others.
Warmest,
Dr. Ray
Righteous leaders are able to distinguish preparation from planning. They recognize that preparation is Man's responsibility, however, The plan and ordering our steps (planning), comes from God.
Jesus told them, “This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent.” - John 6:29
God said to Abraham when he was 99 years old, “I am God almighty. Walk before me and be blameless. I will establish my covenant between me and you and I will multiply you exceedingly. Genesis 17:1-2
- Walk before me is Relationship
- Blameless is Righteousness

I am please to introduce to you our guest, my friend, Donald Mwape from Zambia.
Born and raised in a non Christian family, he was raised by his grandparents throughout his childhood. He got saved when he was in his first year at college. It was at this time that he developed a hunger and thirst (a deep desire) to be a witness to the people around him.
His passion is to see people rooted in their walk with the Lord.
What was it that shifted his reality from a broken to a wholesome home.
Donald is 38, married (with two kids). He enjoys teaching God's word as well as being taught. He was appointed field leader of Operation Mobilization Lake Tanganyika almost 4 years ago.
