In 2006 after leaving her corporate career in IT sales Lisa founded her company Fit for Moore.

Lisa works with her clients on improving and maintaining their mental, physical and emotional health. Allowing them to manage stress, achieve their ambitions and understand how to steer clear of burnout and feel fulfilled in all areas of their lives.

Lisa feels she helps her clients to grow in confidence and self-awareness so that they feel fully in control of their lives, professionally and personally.

She says Fit For Moore helps you to create simple rituals and routines which allow you to enjoy your own wellness, even when you may not feel like you have the time and space for this.
