Welcome to Rosé Colored Glasses, a Podcast that will enlighten the masses on how to look at the world that is quickly going dark and give it a positive, happier view. Nobody ever said it was going to be easy and anyone over the age of 9 will agree. Life throws not only curve balls but cow turds in our direction every chance it gets. One of the most vivid memories I have as a child is the racism I experienced being a child of color growing up in predominately white environment. I had all kinds of racial slurs hurled at me and had absolutely no idea what they meant. This blissful ignorance I had I credit to my parents who were in no way racist. How did I become who I am and have the outlook I have at life today?

Welcome all!!!

This Podcast has been in the making for some time at the request of some very dear people and my husband. I have FINALLY decided to take on the challenge because, hey, why not?

I live in world that has just about everything I need to be happy. The secret to this is, I have CHOSEN to be HAPPY. My Grandfather said something to me when I was a little girl that has stuck with me my entire life, "If you can not have what you want, WANT what you have". THIS amazing saying I have repeated over and over and today I am living a life that I have intentionally planned for myself and the people who love me!

This Podcast explains how I do that through, setbacks, heartaches and disappointment. Here you will learn a little about dealing with some of the darkest things in life that some people sadly could not overcome. AND you will learn a little bit about WINE!!!!!
