This episode is going to be weighty—so lean in. Hear my heart: trauma is real. Your experiences matter. The pain is valid. And still, there is a Healer who wants more for you than cycles of control and self-protection.
Today we’re talking about something that may sting a little—how we sometimes idolize trauma.
How we let the sin done to us become lord over us. How “boundaries” can sometimes become walls between us and the healing Jesus is trying to bring.
This isn’t to minimize your pain. It’s to point you to the only One who can redeem it. I’m sharing what the Lord revealed to me—and it might convict you, too.
Not to shame you. To free you.
Come with your guard down. Leave with your heart lifted.
