Inspired by the infamous quote by Walt Whitman, “Be curious, not judgmental” - I was deeply moved by the scene in Ted Lasso where Ted used this quote as a way to gracefully defeat Rupert in a game of darts. That scene forced me to wonder what it would look like to be curious rather than judgmental with myself.
