We are back after a bit of a hiatus. On this episode I play a little game of catch-up, covering topics about what’s been going on the past few months such as work, fishing, turkey hunting and most importantly my new pup. Listen in, enjoy and expect more podcasts soon!
Brandon Thill has a dual career with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as both a Stream and River Biologist and an Aquatic Plant Management Specialist. He is also a fantastic freshwater and saltwater fisherman, a great whitetail hunter, and a halfway decent duck hunting buddy. As you can tell from the laughs, I’m happy to have him on!
John Donovan is a nationally ranked ultramarathon runner, physical therapist, and a running specific strength/skills coach through his program Stride Lab. I had a great time discussing John’s ultramarathon training and diet, as well as how those tie into his relationship with the outdoors. With the increase in shared commonalities between endurance athletes and elite hunters, I was thrilled to get John’s perspective on the matter.
Brandon Weigel is an outdoorsman, business owner, real estate investor, grain and feed risk management advisor/commodity broker, and most importantly my childhood best friend. I’m thrilled to have him on. There was no question he had to be my first guest!
