One of the biggest controversies about Christianity is whether Jesus rose from the dead. In fact, it's the basis of the Christian religion, which is why I talk about it in this episode of the Simple Christians podcast.

The obvious answer is to cover our sins, but the Hebrews already had a system of covering sins before Jesus got here. So was it really because of covering our sins, or were there other things also?
