Hey, I’m Samantha. A wife, mom, and lover of Jesus for over 20 years. It was difficult to get my now teenage children excited about doing their daily devotions when they were younger. I made excuses why I couldn’t do devotions with my children: no time, no energy, unsure where to start I made excuses as to why I couldn’t do devotions with my children: no time, no energy, unsure where to start even though I had been actively serving in children’s ministry for many years. I finally realized that if I wanted my children to take initiative and enjoy their daily devotion time, I needed to understand it started with me, looking for easy and simple devotions we could do together.
