FOMO — The fear of missing out.
Someone’s on a perfect vacation.
Someone’s at a grand event.
Someone just launched something new.
And suddenly, you feel… am I falling behind?
But FOMO isn’t really about missing that one thing.
It’s the illusion that you’re missing out on everything.
I’ve been there too — overwhelmed by everyone else’s highlight reels.
But here's what changed me:
Your success doesn’t shake my worth.
Your timeline isn’t my deadline.
And peace begins when we stop measuring our life by someone else's story.
You’re not behind.
You’re just being distracted.
Come home to yourself.

The Power of "I'll Get Back to You" 💡
Ever been caught off guard by a question at work—one you didn’t see coming, didn’t plan for, and had no strategy to answer? 🤯 Most of us have a natural tendency to start responding immediately, hoping we can figure it out as we speak. But let’s be honest—those responses often sound unstructured, filled with “maybes” and awkward pauses 😬, and, most importantly, they don’t add value.
Here’s a simple yet powerful shift: The power of "I'll get back to you." 🔄
Instead of scrambling for an answer on the spot, try this:
✔ Acknowledge it confidently – “That’s a great question. It’s not something I’ve worked on yet, but I’ll get back to you shortly.” 💬
✔ Give yourself time to process – Take a step back, gather your thoughts, and provide a well-structured response later. 🕰️
✔ Deliver value, not just words – A thoughtful answer is always better than a rushed, incomplete one. 🎯
Next time you’re in this situation, don’t panic. Just own it and say, "I’ll be sure to get back to you on this." ✔ It shows professionalism, confidence, and respect for everyone’s time. ⏳
Have you ever found yourself answering on the spot and later realizing it wasn’t the best response? 🤔 How do you handle unexpected questions at work? Let’s discuss! ⬇️

Do you ever wake up feeling like you're behind? Like everyone else is racing ahead while you're stuck in place? You start questioning if things will ever fall into place for you. Trust me, we’ve all been there. But that kind of thinking? It only steals the joy from your journey.
So here’s the shift: Stop looking at everyone else. Picture yourself as a racehorse with blinders on—focused, determined, running your own race. Horses don’t look left or right; they look straight ahead. That’s exactly what we need to do.
No more comparing. No more "I should be further along." Just wake up and ask yourself: What do I need to do today? Then, write it down and go after it—one step at a time.
Try it and see how it changes your mindset. Let me know how it made a difference! Let’s keep moving forward together.

Are you ready to heal yourself ?🌟
Let me share something truly transformative—something that changed my life.
You change your life by changing yourself internally—by shifting your vibration and frequency.
It begins with helping yourself.
If you’re holding onto negativity, dwelling on the past, or fixating on what’s not working, it’s a sign you need emotional healing. You can’t truly see life’s beauty until you heal within.
I speak from experience. I used to be stuck in negativity—angry, resentful, and focused on everything going wrong. But I changed, and here’s what I learned:
👉 Whatever happens in life, happens for the best. If something doesn’t work out today, trust that it’s leading you to something better.
👉 Don’t let anger or hatred define you. Instead of blaming others or circumstances, focus on being the good person you are.
👉 Stay true to your goodness. External negativity doesn’t have to change who you are.
When you heal, when you embrace positivity, life reveals its beauty. It all starts with YOU.
So, ask yourself: What can you do today to help yourself heal and grow? 💫

Amii graciously made it happen, and for that, I am so grateful. A big thank you to Ambassador Terry for making this connection possible!

Have you ever felt nervous before a presentation, public speaking, or hosting a show in English? It’s something many of us experience, but there’s one powerful tip that can ease your anxiety: build momentum.
When you’re actively speaking, it feels much easier, doesn’t it? But if you’re silent for too long, hesitation starts to creep in, followed by self-doubt. The key to overcoming this is to break the silence and get yourself into the flow.
Here’s how: Pick up any book or content you enjoy, and read it out loud. Yes, read it aloud in the tone you’d like to use for your speech or presentation. Do this for a few minutes, and you’ll notice the transformation in your confidence.
Reading aloud engages both your mind and voice, syncing them together to build natural confidence. Think of it like warming up before a run—it sets the pace for success.
So, the next time nerves kick in, grab a book, start reading, and watch the momentum take over. You’ll be ready to shine! ✨

Silence Around Insecurity and Underconfidence
I meet so many talented individuals who struggle with insecurities, jealousy, and underconfidence, despite their unique abilities. These negative emotions often take up so much of their time and energy—energy that could be spent on something productive and meaningful.
Why does this happen? I believe it’s because we don't talk about these feelings openly. There’s a stigma attached to admitting, “I feel insecure” or “I’m not confident today.” But here’s the truth: the more we talk about these emotions, the more we normalize them, and the easier it becomes to face them.
This shift in perspective was a game-changer for me. I’ve been through a phase in my life where I struggled with these emotions and didn’t know where to turn for help. It wasn’t until I started acknowledging these feelings—talking about them and seeking ways to heal—that I truly began to grow.
It’s important to accept that it’s normal to feel insecure or unsure sometimes. It doesn’t make us weak; it makes us human. What matters is how we address these feelings—by acknowledging, discussing, and working through them.
Let’s create a space where it’s okay to say, “I’m feeling insecure today,” and turn these conversations into opportunities for personal growth.

"In today’s fast-paced world, we often equate a full calendar with productivity. We stay busy, juggling task after task, believing it shows our worth. But is being busy truly enough?
Busyness doesn’t equal effectiveness. It’s easy to fill our days, but the real question is: are we making progress on what really matters? Are our actions aligning with our goals and purpose, or are we simply checking off boxes?
What if we shifted our focus from just staying busy to being truly effective—making choices that add real value to our lives and those around us? It’s time to stop wearing ‘busyness’ as a badge of honor and start prioritizing impact over activity. Let’s move beyond just filling time and start living it purposefully. #simplifyinglifewithkashira
Half of your life's problems can be solved by controlling your emotions.
We all have moments when we seek validation, love, or attention from others. But here’s the truth: you should never have to beg for it. Genuine connections are never forced or chased. If someone isn’t giving you the time or care you deserve, it’s okay to let go.
The key to inner peace lies in controlling your emotions and not letting others' actions define your self-worth. When you stop chasing love and validation, you reclaim your power and remind yourself that you are enough, exactly as you are.
The right people will always come willingly—no chasing required. So love freely, trust yourself, and surround yourself with those who value you as you deserve.
