
In today’s episode I discuss how to increase your daily protein. I discuss some ideas around making protein the main component in each meal, building your knowledge around food, building a shopping list and things that you should probably avoid snacking on to increase protein.
The title came from an actual recommendation I found online that said to increase your protein you could snack on cheese, please don't take that advice.
