They talk about his laughter, his kindness, his love for family, and the way he looked out for everyone around him. He was a soldier, a father, a brother, an uncle, and a friend, and someone who carried joy into every room he entered.
But on a quiet morning in Phenix City, Alabama, that joy was stolen from everyone who loved him. Eric was shot and killed in his own driveway before the sun came up, and more than twenty years later, no one has been held accountable.
