Fueled by passion, Dutch artist Vera Grace is steadily shaping her own space in Amsterdam’s scene. Her sound continues to evolve, blending modular synthesis with hypnotic rhythms and deep mental trips that make you lose sense of time. She approaches DJing as a way to create something new through layering, while her productions focus on warped sound design. Her curiosity about modular synthesis opened a new dimension in her work. She started developing a fully live analog set and has recently begun performing with her modular system, constantly pushing her sound forward. Her most recent EPs, What Was Always There and Funktion Over Form, convey a clear essence in her sound. She moves fluidly between broken rhythms, ambient trips, psychedelic textures, and driving 4/4 tracks, all while staying true to the genre’s roots. After graduating the Conservatorium of Amsterdam, Vera Grace is steadily forging her place in the scene, with performances at clubs like Radion, Grelle Forelle, Elysia, FVTVR, Tresor, and festivals such as Aquasella, Awakenings and DGTL already under her belt. #SlamRadio - 667 - Ultrastation
What happens when one unstoppable force meets another, equally, unstoppable force? When COMRADE WINSTON and COSMIC FORCE, bumped into each other at a Rave, they immediately felt a musical connection. Now, they foster that connection through the collaborative project of Ultrastation, where hypnotizing techno collides into merciless electro sounds. Ultrastation’s electrifying dynamic expresses itself through a hybrid live setting in which DJ set and modular synth performance seamlessly merge into each other, creating a comet rain of techno, 909s with amplified low ends and vocoder-improvs, all on top of exquisitely mixed tracks. A formula more inflammable than a rocket’s bottom: festival sites in vortex and clubs in ecstasy set a new standard for live techno, all before the Ultrastation mothership sets off for another destination. These two highly experienced powerhouses are completive like yin to yang, Han to Chemie or Kirk to Spock. Ultrastation stuns, bedazzles, spaces out and zones in: they are the living proof of the sum of parts. To infinity and beyond… Tracklist via -Spotify: bit.ly/SRonSpotify -Reddit: www.reddit.com/r/Slam_Radio/ -Facebook: bit.ly/SlamRadioGroup Archive on Mixcloud: www.mixcloud.com/slam/   Subscribe to our podcast on -iTunes: apple.co/2RQ1xdh -Amazon Music: amzn.to/2RPYnX3 -Google Podcasts: bit.ly/SRGooglePodcasts -Deezer: bit.ly/SlamRadioDeezer   Keep up with SLAM: https://fanlink.tv/Slam  Keep up with Soma Records: https://linktr.ee/somarecords    For syndication or radio queries: harry@somarecords.com & conor@glowcast.co.uk Slam Radio is produced at www.glowcast.co.uk

With recent releases on BPitch and Herrensauna, Galaxian - along with his alter ego Naix - continues to reaffirm his reputation for crafting unconventional yet essential electronic music that resonates in the 21st century and beyond. In 2025 Galaxian turned his attention to the sample library world, launching a new platform called Wavkore in late March 2025. Jon Hussey is hailed as a pioneer of the Irish Techno scene, kick-starting the infamous Planet Dub night in ’94 at Columbia Mills / Waterfront, Dublin. A quote from the national Irish radio station 2FM in their Late-Night Sessions Blog stated “Jon Hussey is one of the longest serving true purveyors of Techno in Ireland, running nights in the early days of Dublin's dance scene, when techno to most people meant U96 or 2 Unlimited. #SlamRadio - 657 - Fergus Sweetland
Fergus Sweetland is a Melbourne-born, London-based artist known for his wonky, wobbly, and rhythm-driven take on contemporary techno. Blending texture, atmosphere, and groove, his music crafts immersive narratives that tap into instinct and emotion. His DJ sets echo the same spirit—dynamic, playful, and always evolving. A core member of the Hayes Collective, Fergus has released on respected labels such as Illegal Alien, NRBK, Connection Verified, and his own imprint, Pressure Systems. The label reflects his belief that sound is pressure, and music is its system—a platform for total creative freedom and raw self-expression. This mix was recorded in July 2025 at The Glove That Fits as the closing set for Fossil Archive. The concept was to present an album in the context of a DJ set - something I’d been wanting to explore for a while. For this first attempt, I chose Spread by Heiko Laux. Heiko is like an older brother to me, so it felt special to honour his work in this way. You could say it was a Heiko Laux night. #SlamRadio - 655 - APRS
Drawing from a place of emotion, APRS delves into the rugged and radiant ends of electronic music, culminating in a powerful signature dotted with elegant motifs. With over ten years of experience producing music, the Berlin-based artist has formed a versatile blueprint that sprawls across deep and driving techno, emotive breaks and ethereal ambiences.   In the spring of 2024, Spanish label Sungate released APRS' debut EP, followed by a second EP on ARTS in early 2025. APRS' sound blends rich techno rhythms with balmy ambient notes, deep and warm basslines, and airy dub-infused melodies and textures, creating a sense of depth and atmosphere.   As a vinyl enthusiast, APRS curates his sets with meticulous selection and graceful flow, blending energetic techno beats with atmospheric elements. His approach invites subtle exploration and experimentation, resulting in cohesive journeys that integrate intense, visceral expression. He has soundtracked renowned venues in Berlin including a recent appearance at Tresor, as well as clubs and festivals in Europe.   Collaboration is also integral to his creative process, fostering sound research and enabling the discovery of new areas in electronic music. Working closely with harpist Tancrède, the pair produce live sets in smooth tandem, where the latter weaves the enchanting strings of the electric harp with APRS' machinery.   In 2022, APRS co-founded with Serenus the event series Lowpass, centred on the essence of electronic music and committed to diversity, self-expression, and artistic innovation. Lowpass invites established and local artists to perform in various venues across Berlin. In addition to curating the line-ups, APRS often warms up or closes on the night, adapting to transient and packed dancefloors, respectively.   Led by an unrushed, explorative approach in the studio, APRS merges emotional vulnerability with maturely crafted sonics, tracing an arc between soothing and searing sounds all the way through. #SlamRadio - 654 - Alex Bau
An affection to vinyl at an early stage is most probably the best precondition to become somebody finally ending up playing those vinyls for people. Somebody with a musical background. Somebody picking the right record at the right time. Somebody serving and educating people at the same time. Somebody being called a DJ. This fascination for records, starting in the mid 80's as a collector, and later on in the early 90's as a DJ still is burns with Alex from deep inside. After years of touring th world, from Europe to Australia, Asia to America and back and all over again, and playing at countless clubs and festivals with a complex, digital setup, Alex decided to return to vinyl as a statement and confession to the basic art of Djing. Why? Because he can. And because of the fact that it`s the music that counts. It has to be seleced by the DJ, carefully curated and played on spot. It`s the music which has the impact on the visitors of the club or festival so that their reaction scales the intensity of this particular experience. It ́s the music which is the key element for a good performace and which has to be supported by a good, powerful soundsystem, a fitting surrounding and the technical way it is. #SlamRadio - 653 - Stenny
Born and raised in the industrial suburbs of Turin, Stenny earned recognition in the last decade as both an accomplished producer and DJ. Exploring club culture and sound art, his journey has been one of constant research and reinvention, avoiding trends and the demands of contemporary music consumption while embracing the slower and more deliberate nature of his craft. Stenny’s work traverses the full electronic music landscape. Whether embracing new narrative structures and compositional experiments or consolidating the immediacy of a dancefloor-oriented project, each release marks a point of departure. Familiar yet constantly shifting, his sonic language remains identifiable within the experimental techno spectrum but expands beyond genre boundaries. Currently based in Munich, Stenny is an Ilian Tape affiliate and a Blitz Club resident. His artistic expression consists mostly of DJ sets and live performances. Fearless in his approach, he ventures through his broad range of musical influences with spontaneity and control, committed to creating an ever-unique and immersive experience.
