On October 18, Yuta successfully completed the UTMB Jeju 70km race held on Jeju Island, South Korea!
This 70km trail run was another “Misogi” challenge for him this year.
What was going through his mind during the race?

先日10月18日韓国の済州島で開催された、UTMB Jeju 70 Km無事完走しました！
Yutaの今年のもう一つのMisogiである Trail 70km

English Episode 23 Finishing the IRONMAN 70.3 Kenting!
On November 2nd, Tatsu completed IRONMAN 70.3 Kenting, held in Kenting, Taiwan!
This race was Tatsu’s Misogi of the year — his personal challenge for 2025.
He went all the way to Taiwan alone and crossed the finish line.
We talked about what went through his mind during the race, how he changed after finishing,
and what kinds of obstacles he faced throughout the 8 months of preparation. Preparing for an IRONMAN can sometimes feel lonely.
Tatsu opened up about that journey and if you’ve ever felt alone or lost motivation while chasing a goal, this one’s for you.

On September 14th, Yuta officially became an IRONMAN at the IRONMAN Japan South Hokkaido race in Hakodate.
In this episode, we look back on the journey from Zero to Ironman — reflecting on the toughest challenge of Yuta’s life and what it felt like to finally cross that finish line.

Yuta's very first Ironman race is coming!!!
Yuta’s 2025 Misogi Challenge, IRONMAN Japan South Hokkaido, was held in Hakodate on Sunday, September 14th.
This episode was recorded before the race.
In this episode, we talked about the training Yuta did leading up to his first Ironman, the lessons he discovered along the way, and why he chose to take on such a tough race in the first place.
He ’ll do my best to finish strong!!
