In this episode, I’m joined in person by master sound healer, recording artist, and author Tryshe Dhevney for a deep, grounded conversation about sound as one of the most powerful tools we have for self-regulation, healing, and embodiment. Over the past 18 months, sound has become a foundational part of my own self-healing journey, especially in learning how to regulate my nervous system and reconnect with my body. Tryshe and I explore what sound healing really is, how sound works at a cellular and energetic level, and why your voice—yes, your voice—is one of the most accessible and overlooked healing tools available to you. We talk about resonance, safety in the body, manifestation, and how sound bypasses the mind and gently brings us back into alignment. We also discuss crystal singing bowls, why they are such a powerful instrument for our time, and how you can work with sound even if you don’t have access to bowls—through humming, listening, or simple vocalization. Tryshe closes the episode by guiding us through a short sound journey so you can experience the medicine of sound for yourself.

Divine Guidance — Building a Relationship with Your Spirit Team | S04.E03
You weren’t dropped into this life without a plan—you came in with a full support team. In this episode, Rebecca breaks down who’s on your team spirit (think angels, guides, departed loved ones, even pets), how their roles shift over time, and how you can start connecting with them in your everyday life. From understanding the different energetic realms to recognizing signs and synchronicities, this guide helps you build a real relationship with the support system that’s been with you since day one.
