- Define their own power. Soft, bold, or a blend of both.
- Build strong self-connection and boundaries that protect their energy.

The Reality of Manifestation

What is manifestation really? Is it just visualization? Making wishes? Journaling?

After practicing it for 7 years, I find that it is more about self-trust and emotional maturity. We also need to pay attention to the the commercialized culture surrounding manifestation, and how it often promotes unrealistic expectations and self-doubt.

We should focus on personal growth and the lessons learned through the manifestation process, rather than seeking quick fixes or secret techniques.

In this conversation, I talk about my personal mental health journey, detailing her struggles with postpartum depression, the challenges of navigating a difficult marriage, and the transformative power of therapy and coaching.
Other topics I explored :

  • The importance of mental health awareness

  • The need for compassion and support for others facing similar challenges.

I love the softer approach to mental health, and I hope everyone can hold space for those in need rather than rushing to provide solutions. What do you think?
