As we close the door on 2025 and quietly step into a new year, and into the sacred month of Rajab, this episode is an invitation to slow down. To choose intentions over pressure, softness over survival, and return over perfection. Not to become someone new overnight, but to walk back to Allah gently, honestly, again and again.
Allahuma barik lana fi Rajab wa Shaban wa Ballighna Ramadan, Ameen ya Rabbil Alameen ♡
**You are not behind. You are being refined.**
And every test you face is just a reminder: Allah still sees potential in you worth purifying.
So hold on, with trust — because this chapter isn’t your ending, it’s the making of your soul.
In this episode of Soul Notes with F, we explore the quiet power of saying Bismillah and the wisdom of minding our own business. Join me as we reflect on how these simple yet profound practices can protect your peace, sharpen your focus, and deepen your connection with Allah ﷻ.
Through gentle reminders, practical tips, and moments of reflection, we’ll uncover how intention transforms ordinary actions into acts of worship, and how safeguarding your energy allows your heart and soul to flourish. This is a space to pause, breathe, and nurture your inner calm — peaceful, personal, and reflective.
This episode is for us all seeking a heart - centered approach to Islam, a reminder to prioritize connection over appearances, and a guide to making faith truly theirs - beyond the screen. 🤍
✨ Faith in the Waiting ✨
Dua is answered in ways we may not see right away. Waiting is not silence from Allah—it’s His wisdom at work. Trust the delay, for Al-Mujeeb always responds.
A gentle seed in hearts will grow,
Guided by mercy’s light, our souls will shine.
This divine gift of peace will spread,
A beacon of hope in every night.
As a lantern in the darkest hour,
Allah’s light will forever guide us.
Though moments fade, the goodness we sow,
In kindness, will forever endure.
Salaam Alaykum 🤍
When fear fills your heart, let faith in Allah flood it with peace.
Fear whispers doubt, but faith whispers Allah is enough.
True peace begins the moment you place your trust in Allah.
Fear may shake you, but tawakkul anchors you.
When you let go of fear, you fall into Allah’s mercy.
Salaam Alaikum! Eid Mubarak Lovelies 🤍
Taqabbalhu Minna Wa Minqum! I hope you had a lovely day and spent your Eid in peace and happiness.

A dua’a to make :
OhAllah, let my reflections draw me nearer to You, cleanse my heart from what weighs it down, and make every word I write a step toward Your mercy and Jannah. Ameen..
This episode is for the nights when your mind won’t rest and your heart feels heavy. When anxiety creeps in and you’re left wondering why things aren’t working out. I speak from the heart about overthinking, silent struggles, and what it really means to trust Allah’s timing—especially when it feels like nothing is happening. If you’ve been waiting, worrying, or wondering if Allah hears you… this one’s for you. You’re not alone, and you’re not forgotten. and Allah has got you, I got you too 🤍
Salaam 🥹🥹🥹 Unplanned but a fav episode i recorded 🤍
This was so natural. I feel like i could speak more on this because Alhamdulilah I’ve learnt how to handle and use social media. It wasn’t easy years ago but currently, it’s the easiest. I’m so ready to let go off it completely and i prayed for days like this 🤍. Looking back, i always knew I’d leave eventually because I don’t belong on social media or in the mix and look at me; living.
Trust me, life is better off social media. Our minds remember what we see and think we think of things we don’t even see so do good to your mind.
Pray to Allah to make it easy for you. In sha Allah you’ll love it offline. Even when life gets heavy, don’t run to social media. Run to Allah, your prayer mat and yourself. Trust me on this.
I hope you love the episode. May it be beneficial to me and you 🤍
Ma’Salaam. Until next time
May Allah protect me, my family, you and your family. May He forgive and be merciful upon my sister Aisha and all those who’ve passed away and those who have no one to pray for them 🤍

Season 1, Episode 15! 📿🤍
The end of the Ramadan series - bittersweet.
If you take just one thing from Ramadan and keep it consistent, you have won. Whether it’s one Sunnah prayer, one daily ayah, or one sincere dua—hold onto something.
Because Ramadan was never about changing for just 30 days. It was about transforming for a lifetime.
May Allah grant us the ability to carry the blessings of Ramadan beyond Eid, to stay steadfast in our faith, and to continue striving towards Him every single day. Ameen.

Season 1, Episode 9! 📿🤍
I HAD TO TEACH MYSELF TO LISTEN TO MY RECORDINGS; I can't always listen to videos I'm talking in, or voice notes I send but I had to learn for the podcast
not a huge thing but proud
moment. SISTERS I slacked!! But Alhamdulilah I'm back. I was stressed and overwhelmed. Exams season isn't for the weak but it's nearly overrr! Excited and Alhamdulilah. Today's topic is something I need to speak mode on, I haven't been able to get myself together to record an episode. I actually did like 4 times;
1) I went off topic.
2) I forgot and slept off 😂😂😂
3) I didn't like the background sounds (my window was open so cars were passing by)
4) I couldn't get myself to listen to it completely cause it was so long (I wanna keep this series specifically for Ramadan so l'll record another "Iman Highs & Lows" for normal life)
I'm so happy I got myself to sit down at 4pm and
actually record this.
Dua'as :
"Ya Muqalabil Quloob Thabit Qalbi Ala Deenik"
Meaning: O Turner of the hearts, keep my heart firm upon Your religion.
"Ya Musarrifal Quloob, Sarrif Qalbi lla Ta'atik."
Meaning: "O Director of the hearts, direct my heart towards Your obedience."
That's all, Fi'Amanillah. Keep me in your dua'as x
