Today's ep is a biggie Soulies - in that I really go there when it comes to sharing how my cleanse/detox week went. If you have a weak stomach and don't like conversations that involve references to fecal matter, then you may want to skip this one.
But I promise it isn't all shit-chat. (Ha!) I share how this cleanse has liberated not only limitations in my physical body (namely inflammation markers) but my energetic and emotional body too (hello solar plexus upgrade!) , and how I will be honouring these parts of me going forward.
