I cover a lot - from dream symbolism to suppressed memory, shock and hypervigilence dots I've joined, to anxiety's deciding to rear their head (to be moved through) and a few emotional moments to boot.

This is deep healing in the truth of it - raw, vulnerable and also...pretty funny in moments let's be real.
