In this episode, I discuss the significance of my scars, how scars are seen in Western society, why I’m unsatisfied with that, and how I want to see my own scars. It’s really an opening up to vulnerability and a consideration of what self love could mean tailored to the context of the present moment. I’m so happy to get this out to whoever wants to hear. This was recorded in September, but I didn’t feel confident releasing it until now. This is a big step!
