Today Ashley talks about the real in parenting. How hard and unrewarding it can and may feel at times. She lets other parents know that it is normal to mourn the life you once had before children. It's okay to have negative feelings because in the end, life is all about balance.
We embrace the negatives and press forward while still loving the mess out of out kids. Kids are amazing but we can't negate the challenges and limitations that come with being a parent in this hood lol.
We go a little deeper into the sacrifices and how real they are when you are actually in the motion of making those sacrifices. How some parents belittle others because they are overwhelmed and tired, and how that isn't okay. We all deserve a break. We all deserve grace and leniency.

Today Ashley voices her opinion on the importance of understanding. She believes that a lot of problems could have very simple resolutions if the people involved would take a second to understand the way the other party views the world while giving that person information insight on their personal beliefs, then the world would be a better place.
The problem lies when dealing with people that seek to be understood but lack the skills to understand where other people stand. This is what a lot of people on this earth do. If you look in the comments in most social media post, you'll see people arguing their point without trying to understand the actual point of the post. Let me know your thoughts below.

Hey y'all, today we get into a little bit of real life encouragement because times are getting hard. We battle with depression, anxiety, and other ailments on top of what life has been dishing a lot of people lately. The first part of the episode is encouraging you to keep moving in your situation no matter how bad it is. If you keep moving, you have a better chance at eventually being in a better situation. But if you decide to stay where you are, you will stay in the same situation. The choice is yours.
In the second half, I get into embracing the weirdest parts of you. Embrace and accept that you are different instead of hating and wanting to change it. There are certain traits that we have that can't be changed. So let's love on ourselves. Life is easier that way.

In this episode, I talk boundaries in the sense of answering questions: What is a boundary? How to know when to set them and with who to set them with? How it feels when you set them and tools that aid in your boundary setting journey.
This episode I get a little more personal with my own experiences about beating myself up for how I responded to my trauma.
I think that a lot of people that didn't do the typical fight or flight response feel the same way.
I just wanted to encourage people who are like me, who's thoughts make them feel stupid or less than for how they reacted to their trauma.
I know too well how that feels.

And then at the end we let loose from trauma and look into random reddit threads.

A lot of us think negatively 24/7 but expect a life of positivity. It doesn't workout like that. Tune in to hear me out and learn how to train your brain to seek positives in any situation so you can get your life on track.

Today we are snatching edges! I get real with what our subconscious mind is thinking when we come to certain revelations and how we try to unintentionally change people thinking it would help in our healing when it doesn’t. I explain my struggles and processes with this topic and keep it real, open and honest.
We then let loose and get into Reddit topics: 1) When it comes to relationships, what’s the hardest lesson you’ve had to learn? AND 2) What’s a “fun fact” that nobody asked for?
Today we talk about how most people think that they need closure in order to move on with their lives and how it's simply not true. I go through several reasons why you don't need closure and even how you can move on. The tips are very simple.
Then we "let loose" and have two topics(below):
1) What's the thing you wish the opposite gender would stop doing?
2)People who have been catfished, how did you catch on that you were being lied to?
