Sameer Sinha began his career in Chicago, working on multi-million dollar infrastructure projects from 1992 to 1996. He then returned to India and co-founded Savvy Infrastructures in 1996 with two college classmates. Since then, Savvy has built a strong presence in Gujarat’s real estate sector, completing projects worth nearly INR 1,500 Crores, including 3 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial developments and the 900-acre Kensville Golf and Country Club.
Under Sameer’s leadership, Savvy is a pioneer in green building development, focusing on sustainability, water conservation, organic farming, and education for underprivileged children. The company is committed to green, sustainable development and supports sports and well-being through initiatives like the Swaraaj Sports Club.
