Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! In Day 29 of our 30-day Mini-Meditation series, you are gently invited to call your energy back home. In this short meditation, we honor your year of wisdom — everything 2025 has taught you, shaped in you, softened in you, strengthened in you.
Wisdom isn’t about perfection or getting everything right.
Wisdom is what you gather from the journey — the lessons, the clarity, the truths that surfaced.
Listen, reflect, meditate, or grab your journal and spend some time with the questions posed in this episode. Don’t rush past acknowledging how much you’ve grown this year. Instead of self-criticism, this meditation asks you to focus on this year’s nuggets of wisdom.

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! In Day 28 of our 30-days Mini-Meditation series, you are gently invited to call your energy back home. In this short meditation, we explore how our energy can become scattered—through over-giving, unresolved emotions, lingering worries, or attention pulled in too many directions. You’ll be guided to release what no longer needs your energy and consciously reclaim what belongs to you.
This practice is about remembrance—returning to yourself, restoring balance, and reconnecting with your inner steadiness. A grounding practice for anyone feeling depleted, stretched thin, or ready to come back into wholeness.

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! In Day 27 of our 30-day Mini-Meditation series, we explore aparigraha, the yogic practice of non-grasping, through the lens of releasing anger and resentment. In this short meditation, you’re invited to notice where holding on—to past hurts, unspoken grievances, or lingering stories—may be creating unnecessary pain, often directed inward.
With gentle awareness, this practice offers space to soften the grip of resentment and recognize that letting go is not about excusing or forgetting, but about freeing yourself from suffering. As we release what weighs heavy, we make room for ease, clarity, and inner freedom. A grounding practice for anyone ready to loosen old burdens and come back to peace.

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! It’s Day 26 of our 30-day mini-meditation series, and we’re wrapping up our finals days of the year in self-reflection. In this episode we will focus on the self-inquiry aspect of svadhyaya, to listen to your inner wisdom.
Consider grabbing your journal to write down these self-inquiry questions or listen and reflect in meditation.

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! It’s Day 19 of our 30-day mini-meditation series and we'll practice a loving-kindness meditation, a Buddhist meditation called Metta Bhavana. Metta can be translated as 'loving-kindness' while 'Bhavana' means 'development'. So the Metta Bhavana is the 'Development of Loving Kindness'.
This gentle guided meditation invites you into the heart-centered practice of loving-kindness, or metta. Soften the nervous system, reconnect with compassion, and extend goodwill—beginning with yourself and rippling outward to others.
🕯️ Perfect for moments of tenderness, healing, or emotional grounding.

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! It’s Day 18 of our 30-day mini-meditation series and our theme is Forgiveness as a path to freedom. In this gentle mini-meditation, Amelia guides you through forgiveness as an inner release, a softening that creates space for peace, clarity, and self-compassion. You’ll be invited to let go of what no longer serves your heart—without force, without bypassing—so you can reclaim your energy and move forward feeling lighter and more whole. This practice is for anyone ready to loosen the grip of resentment and experience forgiveness as an act of self-liberation.

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! Today is Day 17 of our 30-day mini-meditation series , and we’re doing a gentle subtle body check-in, inspired by the chakra system — not as a rigid map, but as a way to sense what’s happening beneath the surface.
The subtle body is the energetic layer of your being.
It’s where emotions, intuition, memories, and patterns live.
Most of us move through the day without checking in with these deeper layers.
Today, we’ll pause and listen.
This check-in isn’t about diagnosing or fixing.
It’s about awareness.
Tuning in.
Hearing yourself.
Awareness is healing all by itself.

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! In Day 13 of our 30-day mini-meditation series, we’re exploring compassion — not as an abstract ideal, but as a daily, embodied practice.
Compassion begins with seeing clearly.
Seeing your own humanity.
Seeing your own suffering.
Seeing your own effort.
And then extending that same tenderness to others.
Where can you bring more self-compassion into your day today?

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! In Day 12 of our 30-day mini-meditation series, it is December 12th, and 12/12 is often associated with alignment, spiritual clarity, and light.
The 1212 angel number signifies divine messages about new beginnings, spiritual growth, balance, and manifesting goals, urging you to stay positive, trust your intuition. It's a call to embrace positive thinking, self-reflection, and reminding you that your angels support your spiritual path and manifestation of your dreams.
Today we are turning inward to connect with your inner glow.
In yoga philosophy and ayurveda, tejas is the sanskrit term for your inner radiance, brilliance, or spiritual fire. tejas is the subtle glow of clarity, intuition, and vitality. It’s not about being bright, loud, or performing. Tejas is the quiet, steady flame that lives at the center of your being.
One practice to balance tejas is candle-gazing, or trataka. I will guide you to visualize a candle but, you are also welcome to pause this episode to light a candle for your own trataka meditation.
May you feel the glow and warmth of your inner radiance today.
