
What do you think it means about you when you stutter? In this episode we look at how our thoughts about ourselves when we stutter are what can create uncomfortable feelings. I tell you about two clients who I've worked with, who thought they just didn't want to stutter because it was a bit embarrassing, but when we investigated that feeling we found out that it was what they were making their stutter mean about them as a person, which was causing them angst.
