The full podcast crew are joined by another special guest as IHUK and EIH Chief Executive Officer Henry Staelens to talk about the proposed merger into a single national governing body for our sport.

Craig & Jono are joined by Nick Rothwell for a fantastic chat about his work with Re-Tribe, a network supporting current and former players with wellbeing, mental health and other issues.  Nick talks passionately about his own journey as a player, broadcaster and then how he lost himself and hit rock bottom.  We’ll certainly have Nick back in the new year.

Our intrepid trio sail the good ship Starcast again, and boy is there a lot to talk about!  We cover Billingham’s trip to Blackburn along with a late suspension, segregated seating and 12 skaters on the biggest ice in the league.
