Today I speak with clinic director and principal psychologist of Darwin DBT, Jen Riches.
We learn what Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is and its 4 main modules of Emotion regulation, Distress tolerance, Interpersonal effectiveness & Mindfulness.
We discuss some of the more complex mental health disorders like bi-polar and borderline personality disorder and how DBT is a proven way to manage and treat them.
