Today I chat with Simon Rinne from Mindful Men, Simon shares his story and we learn about Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and how a therapy like Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) helped him with the anxiety surrounding it.
We also discuss burnout, how we feel as parents, what Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is and how mindfulness is a weapon for helping us manage our mental health.
Simon's lived experience had made him a valuable mental health service provider for our country.
