Eliot sits down with long time friends Ash Wolsey-Heard and Simon Rawlinson, for an episode a little different to normal but one full of useful insight into creating life long climbers. Si was the coach to Ash and a large group of others in South Wales including Roz from Episode 3 who have all gone on to have success in climbing and continue to work in one way or another in the climbing world so many years later.
