Seeking help is ok! It starts at youth. We have to get professional help when we know we need it. My children are in therapy now same as I was just so they are used to seeking help and meaning sure my children aren’t going to become adults recovering from their childhood. We need to focus on not continuing that cycle of unhealthy upbringings.
