This is a bit of a different layout than we typically have. I did a guided meditation a few months back. The main feedback I got was from my nieces and nephews. They loved it, and they still use it to help them get to sleep at night. But, they didn't love the intro leading into the exercise. Each time I see my nephew, he asks if I can create more relaxation videos without the "talk at the beginning". So that is what this episode is.
