In today’s season finale of Season 2, we welcome the radiant Destiny Rael. I met her in Los Angeles through a friend, and it was truly love at first sight—her charisma is magnetic. Destiny is raw, real, and deeply authentic. She takes full ownership of her past and a childhood that was far from easy. Above all, she continues to honor the memory of her brother, who passed away far too young. How do we recover from the loss of a sibling? How do we find joy in life when it feels so unfair? Destiny reminds us that we keep going—not by pretending the pain isn’t there, but by creating, moving forward, and embracing that tender mix of grief and joy that makes us fully human. Today, we are meeting Maya—a woman of diverse roots, with Sri Lankan and Czech heritage, raised in Geneva, Switzerland, before making her way to the United States at 18. Her outer beauty is matched only by the radiance of her inner light, as she lives with deep gratitude and dedicates herself to causes close to her heart, including supporting the homeless and raising awareness for butterfly disease.
Maya’s passion for helping others is also a tribute to her late father, with whom she shared a deep bond, especially through their love of golf. However, at a certain point, she chose to honor her own path and destiny, stepping away to follow her own dreams. While this journey may have been challenging for her father to accept, she navigated it with grace and love, ultimately finding peace and embracing her beautifully diverse, blended family.

Today, I have the pleasure of being joined by George Lizos, one of the first to believe in my work as a family constellations therapist. I am thrilled to share his inspiring story, which I’m sure will resonate with many of you.
George’s journey is a testament to embracing and accepting one’s uniqueness, transforming it into a strength, and using personal experiences to help others heal. Born on the small island of Cyprus, George grew up with the mindset of living in a close-knit community where his sexuality was judged, and perhaps his family system wasn’t ready for that kind of growth. Yet, he has brought back to his family system the gifts of life, acceptance, and belief in oneself and one’s destiny.
As George reminds us, there are no coincidences—you were born at this moment with your unique destiny. The more you embrace your individuality with confidence and courage, the brighter your light will shine. George’s story is a beautiful example of how you can turn a challenging childhood and personal struggles into a life of purpose and success.
