A brewery inspired by Jester King Brewery and many other breweries visited through the country and of course the moniker of the West Texas city of Midland. Right in the middle of Midland just minutes from I-20 and what a fantastic venue and fantastic beers. I talked to Robert Frye, Owner and Head Brewer of Elder Son Brewing Company. Great hangout just of North Shepherd in the Heights, Houston. A mix of beers to choose from, outdoor patio, indoor air conditioned space with nearby food options. Everyone is welcome, bring a dog, bring a kid, bring a friend, just bring a good attitude, enjoy a great beer, pull up a chair and have a conversation with the bar staff or the Eldest Son of the Brewery.
We met with Stan Hudson of NGBC in Fort Worth Texas. Our first visit to DFW, brought us to this great street side brewery on Race Street, a very lively urban street, with a great interior and exterior with a nice curb side patio. Ladies did I mention clean bathrooms. This place is just down the road from the Union at River East, a great place to relax for all those city dwellers.

We met with Skyler at Galveston Bay Brewing. What a fantastic brewery with a great atmosphere and excited to see the final outdoor venue. Great beers, one of my favorite, the rum aged stout. And you gotta try this fish and chips, wooooo....it was a challenge but I did finish it. Please forgive the kitchen noise, we are after all recording inside an operating brewery.
Shout-outs to the Mashtronauts, Shuttlecocks, and Foam Rangers home brewing groups as well as Method Architecture on the buildout. This is a great brewery, give it a try.
