We are not intimidating! Incompetent! Can't get along with our peers, patients and family! Statements such as "FEELING unsafe around Black Nurses,"is a bigoted atrocity against us that's been tolerated far too long! The Black nurses are threatened BY White bosses and coworkers NOT towards them. We must remember that the higher ranking positions aren't diverse.
