Every one who is living their life in Christ is working in a God-ordained garden that they are to dress and keep, and there is a God-given mandate to be fruitful, to multiply, to subdue, to replenish and to have dominion while in that garden.
We are also ourselves a garden intended by God to produce the fruit of His righteousness for our eternal benefit and the benefit of those around us.
The collective body of Christ embodies the whole garden of the Lord and the well-worn paths they have walked with the Lord are His paths of righteousness.

The goal of God's generosity in giving Himself, through His Son Jesus Christ, to the world, on the cross, was to leave no one behind. Although Jesus has ascended to heaven - and will return in God's good time - the aim has not stopped.
Once we get to know Jesus Christ for ourselves - solid on this foundation that the Father has instituted - we are ready to be conduits to bring others to the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Be blessed as you listen!

It is a joy to fulfil scripture and every time we get an opportunity to do so we should. Scripture is a blank canvas for anyone, as led by Holy Spirit, to input their life into and produce fruit which is useful to both themselves and those around them.
Be encouraged in your belonging!

"For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants. They shall spring up among the grass like willows by flowing streams. This one will say, ‘I am the Lord's,’ another will call on the name of Jacob, and another will write on his hand, ‘The Lord's,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”" Isaiah 44 v 3 -5 ESV.

Using the passage from Psalm 16 v 3, we explore the topic of delight including delighting God, delighting in others, others delighting in us and God delighting in us.
What a delight! Be blessed as you listen. Feel free to share with a family member, friend or colleague.
In this bonus episode, our discussion is about some of the ways that obedience can look like when we live life in Jesus Christ. We also begin looking at the life transformations that happen because of a renewed mind that results in a renewed mind. Be blessed.
Christian life is simply the appropriate redirection of our awe and our faith away from the creation to the Creator. However, the idea of redirection speaks of an earlier misdirection. Every redirection back to God involves obedience.
This is the premise of episode 5 of our collaboration with UCB Full Access, which is the second of our Season 2 bonus episodes.

Hi again. This is episode 7 of season two of That Christian Next Door podcast. We continue our theme this season of Heritage and focus this time around on the calling that God speaks over our lives and sends out to us.
This is a timely episode that will take us into the New Year 2025 and hopefully align us to receive our inheritance from Father God as his children, while also helping us to position ourselves as His inheritance.
Be blessed, have a lovely Christmas and a happy new 2025 in advance!
This is episode six of season 2 of our podcast. This episode continues directly from where we finished in episode five and is the third of three episodes with Pastor Solomon Ajayi.
In this episode, we talk about the things God tells us to do (His commandments), our responses to them (which are our vows) and we explore the idea of freely given things that are part and parcel of being a child of God.
I hope this is a blessing to you. Pray about what you hear and share with someone!

This is episode four of season 2 of the podcast. This season we are exploring the idea of Heritage. In this episode, I am joined by a true blessing of a person, Pastor Solomon Ajayi.
In this episode, the first of three, we discuss eternal life, God’s ownership of us, the human battle for independence from a God, the God who remains steadfast in his love and faithfulness.
Strap in. Listen, pray about what you hear and share with someone!
This is episode three of Season 2 of the podcast and we will be continuing where we left off in episode two.
Our focus in this episode is on what the friendship of the Lord looks like, from the perspective of His will and plan. There are the things we want for our lives and then there are the things that God wants in order for His kingdom to come. The sweet spot of friendship is when what we want and what He wants are the same.
Listen, pray and share this with someone! Be blessed.
We are back with Episode 2 of our current series 'Heritage'. Here, we carry on from where we left off in the previous episode.
